1. Overview

This website is operated by GadgetDrift ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

3. Products and descriptions

Our products are sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. We try to describe and show every product accurately, but colors may look different on your screen, and packaging or minor details may vary from the photos. Specifications come from the manufacturer. If a product isn't as described, see our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Products can sell out or be discontinued at any time. If we find a pricing error or a product is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and either let you choose an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

We may decline or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent or are placed by resellers. You agree to give accurate, current billing and shipping information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where the law says otherwise.

7. Warranties

Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty where stated on the product page. Except as stated there or required by law, products are provided "as is," and we don't make further warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Safe use

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for every product, especially electrical products, batteries and chargers. Drones must be flown according to local laws and regulations, including FAA rules in the United States.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GadgetDrift is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to GadgetDrift or its licensors. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners, and their use here doesn't imply endorsement.
